Noisy environment, especially at night, lack of soundproofing in the rooms. One downside of the hotel is the noise level, particularly at night.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to the station and in a lively area with lots of clubs and eating options. The service was exceptional, with room service and housekeeping keeping everything in top shape. I appreciated the in-room safe for my valuables and the free wi-fi that kept me connected throughout my stay. The separate tub and shower in the bathroom were a nice touch, and the electric kettle made it easy to enjoy a cup of tea in the sitting area. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning and the nice bar/lounge area in the hotel.
Recommended to anyone travelling with family, this place is a great choice for a comfortable stay with lots of amenities.

Great central location in Shinjuku, close to the train station and restaurants. Good breakfast and facilities for laundry, including a free ice maker. Pleasant staff and helpful service. Quiet rooms, perfect for a peaceful stay.

The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of Shinjuku. It is just a stone's throw away from Shinjuko train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. it is surrounded by a plethora of restaurants, shops, and even a convenience store right next door. The hotel facilities are great, withsuper clean and cozy rooms that are even nicer than the photos suggest. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

This hotel is conveniently located near a large train station, making it easy to explore all the activities and clubs in the area. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. The room was overall clean, and the bathroom was spacious with nice amenities. The breakfast options were decent, and the price was reasonable for what was offered compared to other hotels in the area.
The lobby was quite difficult to access and required a lot of manipulation of suitcases to get to reception.
